Jenna’s Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 1/4 cups Heavy Cream (no carbs)

1/3 cup + 2 Tbs Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit

3 Tbsp Kerry Gold butter


In a large skillet place all ingredients and over medium heat whisk together. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally so you don’t scorch it. It is done when it is thick.  Use in your favorite recipes or in your coffee?
