Keto Almond Bliss Cookies

3 cups Unsweetened finely shredded coconut

1 1/4 cup sliced Almonds

2 cups sugar free sweetened condensed milk (recipe here)

2 cups Lily’s sf chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Combine coconut, chocolate chips and almonds then add in your homemade sweetened condensed milk. Stir, then using cookie scoop drop into a well greased muffin tin and tap down just a little. This will make around 30 cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes remove from oven and put tin directly in freezer to firm up for around 20-35 minutes. Store in fridge.
