2 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (no carbs)

8 Egg yolks

1/2 cup Erythritol or Lakanto Classic

1 Tbsp Bourbon Vanilla

1/4 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Whisk all ingredients together, and pour into ice cream maker and follow your ice cream makers instructions.  Makes about 10- 1/2 cup servings.

macros vary greatly on brands used. Mine came out to 2.8g net carbs, 11.7g fat, 1g protein
