Jenna’s Keto Three Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip


1-8oz Full fat cream cheese

1/4 cup Blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup Franks Buffalo hot wing sauce

1- 10oz can original Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis

3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup sharp shredded cheddar

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Celery sticks for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10″ cast iron skillet

Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 30 sec. Beat in blue cheese dressing till combined. Then beat in buffalo sauce till creamy. Fold in chicken, cheese, green onions and blue cheese crumbles. Transfer to skillet. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until warmed through. Serve with celery sticks or other keto friendly dippers!  Serves 20 1/4 cup servings.
