Jenna’s Keto Taco Soup



2 lbs Ground beef

2 -10 oz cans of Rotel (you pick mild, original, hot)

16 oz full fat cream cheese

2 Tbsp Keto friendly taco seasoning 

5 cups organic chicken broth (check ingredients)

handful of chopped fresh cilantro

Cheddar cheese for top (measure for each bowl more accurate)

Brown ground beef and drain if desired.

Add taco seasoning and stir. Then add all the rest of the ingredients with the exception of shredded cheddar and cilantro. Cook until hot and well melted. Right before serving add cilantro and stir in. Add Cheddar on top for garnish.

Serves roughly 8.  Macros vary by brands used. Mine came out to net carbs-4g protein-30g fat-40g
