Jenna’s Rosemary Garlic Flat Bread


2 Cups Mozzarella cheese shredded

3 Tbsp Full fat cream cheese (Philadelphia works best)

1 1/2 Tsp Coconut Vinegar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups super fine almond flour

1 Tsp Himalayan Pink salt

1 Tsp garlic powder

Herb butter

3 oz Kerry Gold butter room temp

4 Tsp Garlic minced

1 Tsp coarse/flaked Himalayan or Celtic salt

1 Tbsp Rosemary chopped

2 Tbsp finely shredded Parmesan (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Bread- Melt cream cheese and mozzarella in microwave or on stove. Add other bread ingredients and combine. ¬†Flat out dough into a round about 7-8″ in diameter do this on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Poke holes in dough and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Remove and cool.

Then mix butter ingredients together and spread on top of prebaked bread. Place bread back on baking sheet and bake for another 10-12 minutes. Divide into 8 pieces and serve.
