Jenna’s Keto Personal Pizza Crust

Crust you can hold in your hand!

Personal size pizza crust: x by 6 for full size pizza crust

1/4 cup ground pork rinds

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 egg

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp oregano

1 pinch fine Himalayan Pink Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pizza pan with oil. Put a little oil on your hands before spreading dough.

Mix all ingredients then spread out on prepared pan. Bake crust for ten minutes or till golden. Remove from oven and top however you would like then place back in oven under broiler until cheese is melted and hot.

These freeze incredibly well if you want to bake some and separate them by wax paper then you can just get them out , top, heat and eat!

Macros vary by brands used mine came to net carbs .5g, protein 0g Fat 23g
