Jenna’s Keto Mocha Chip Ice Cream


2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 cup Lakanto Confectioners Sweetener or Swerve Confectioners

8 egg yolks

1 Tbsp very strong brewed coffee

1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa

1-2 Tsp Coffee extract

Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips or chopped Lily’s Dark chocolate bar -use however much you prefer or leave it out. Just count the carbs for how much you decide to use.

Whisk together eggs and cream, then add in cocoa making sure there are no clumps. Add in coffee and coffee extract and whisk again. Pour into ice cream maker and follow your ice cream makers directions.  When ice cream is almost done now add in chocolate if you wish. Enjoy:)
