Jenna’s Keto Grilled Chicken Marinade

1 cup Olive or Avocado oil

1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Mayo (keto friendly or homemade)

3 Tbsp Coconut aminos

2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp Himalayan pink salt

1 Tbsp Ground pepper

1 Tbsp Garlic Salt

1-2 Tbsp Thyme

Whisk all ingredients together well and poor over your choice of cuts of chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. The longer you let it sit the stronger the flavor! Grill till meat is cooked thoroughly and enjoy!
