Jenna’s Keto Biscuits


1 1/2 cups Super Fine Almond Flour

1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp baking powder

1/2 Tsp fine Himalayan Pink Salt

2 eggs

1/3 cup +1 Tbsp Sour Cream

1/2 cup Mozzarella (or other) shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin.

Mix dry ingredients well. Add wet ingredients and using a fork stir ingredients until moistened. Add shredded cheese.

Scoop dough into muffin tin ( I used an 1/8 cup).  Bake for 12 minutes or till golden around edges. Cool for a few minutes then take out of muffin tin and place on wire rack to cool completely. Makes 12 (1/8 cup) Biscuits.

There are many variations you could make with this recipe for example add garlic and use cheddar to make a “Red Lobster” type roll or add some sweetener to dough and some cinnamon and you have a sweet treat!

Macros vary by brand. Please place in My Fitness pal recipe creator for accurate macros. My net carb count came to 1.5g, protein 5.5g fat 15.7g
