Jenna’s Keto Angel Food Cake


1 dozen egg whites

1 cup + 2 Tbsp Lakanto Confectioners or Erythritol powdered

2.5 tsp Cream of tartar

1 pinch of fine Himalayan pink salt

1 cup + 1 Tbsp Egg white protein powder

1 Tsp Bourbon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 F

 Whisk egg white protein and confectioners together and set aside. In a large non plastic bowl, whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks are formed. Add vanilla extract. Then add to egg white protein mixture. Pour into a  greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
