Jenna’s Cranberry Orange Cheesecake

3 Bricks Philadelphia cream cheese (full fat) warmed to room temp

1/2 cup Sour Cream (I prefer Daisy full fat)

1/2 cup Heavy Cream (no Carbs)

3/4 cup Lakanto Classic Sweetener

1 1/2 tsp Orange extract

1 1/2 tsp Bourbon Vanilla

3 Eggs

One recipe of Cranberry sauce (recipe here)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease springform pan.

Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer till smooth. Pour into prepared springform pan.

After Cranberry sauce has cooled strain with mesh colander so that you end up with a smooth cranberry sauce. Top cheesecake with sauce and swirl in with knife.Bake on middle shelf for 50-60 minutes or till edges are golden and middle barely jiggles.
