Jenna’s Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 Cup Super fine Almond flour (I use this)

1/2 Cup Kerry Gold butter(softened)

1/4 Cup Coconut Flour (I use this)

1/2 Cup Lakanto Gold Sweetener (get it here)

1/4 Cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener (get it here)

1/8 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa (get it here)

1 Tsp Bourbon Vanilla (I use this)

1 Egg

1/2 Tsp Baking soda

1/2 Tsp Himalayan pink salt (get it here)

1/2 cup lily’s chocolate chips (or less if desired)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix softened butter, vanilla, egg and sweeteners together till well combined. Add in flours, cocoa, soda and salt and mix well. Scoop into 1″ balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove and let cool on cookie sheet. Makes 16 small cookies
