JB’S Psylly Wraps

1 cup Coconut flour

1/4 cup Psyllium Husk Powder

1.5 oz Coconut Oil

1.5 oz  Kerry Gold butter

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

2 tsp Baking Powder

2 cups Boiling Water

Herbs or Garlic Powder to taste if desired.

Mix dry ingredients then add oil and butter. Then add boiling water 1/2 cup at a time. Divide into 12 balls. Then roll each ball in between two sheets of parchment paper till 5-6″ in diameter. Fry in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes first side then flip and then 1 minute more.
