Jenna’s Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
2 lbs Ground beef
3 Tsp Garlic minced
1 lb Bacon cooked crispy and chopped
1 Tsp Onion salt
6 oz can tomato paste
15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes (optional)
1 cup Heavy cream (no carbs)
1/2 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion
1/2 Tsp Salt
16 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
pepper to your liking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 glass baking dish.
Brown your ground beef with garlic, onion and onion salt. Place cooked bacon crumbles into cooked beef.
In a different bowl beat eggs, tomato paste and cream. Add salt and pepper.
Stir in half of cheese into egg mixture. Place beef and bacon in 9x13 greased glass baking dish. Pour eggs mixture over beef and bacon. Top with the rest of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till golden.
You can dress this up however you like your burgers! lettuce, tomato pickle etc!
