 Jenna’s Keto Chili

(Instapot or Crockpot)


3 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef

2 Tbsp Garlic minced

1 med/lg Vidalia onion chopped

2 Tbsp Coconut aminos

2 Qts diced canned or fresh tomatoes

2 small cans of Rotel original, mild or hot up to you!

1/4 Cup Chili powder

3 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp fresh ground black pepper

You can either cook your ground beef before putting it in the instapot or crockpot so that you can drain it. I just put the ground beef in first with the garlic, coconut aminos and onion and stir it up.  Then add all the rest of the ingredients starting with tomatoes and Rotel. Stir all ingredients and put glass lid on instapot or crockpot. For instapot set it on low for 8 hours or normal for 4-6 hours. Stir before serving.

serving is 1 cup

Macros vary by individual ingredients used but mine came out to- Carbs-5g Protein-18g Fat-6g
